Marcy’s Official Bio

Drawing on her 20 years of management consulting and executive coaching experience with large and small organizations, in robust and lean times, Marcy Jenkins has seen it all.

She has deftly navigated her own career in ways that have kept her feeling fresh and alive. As a result of her experiences, she uses both consulting and coaching strategies to assist her clients in finding their “best fits,” so they are consistently challenged and engaged in their work. This combination helps them achieve impressive results in their businesses and professional practices.

From 2003-2006 she held full-time and adjunct teaching and advisory positions in the master’s degree program at New York University’s School of Professional Studies’ Center for Publishing.

Earlier in her career she was a senior consultant at the Publishing and Media Group/McNamee Consulting Company in Manhattan, and she held consumer marketing management positions at Newsweek, Time Inc., and General Foods. Before entering the business world, she received an MBA in marketing from Wharton and a BA in literature from the University of Pennsylvania.

Marcy is a graduate of New York’s Executive Coach Academy, a Certified Empowerment Coach and Book Yourself Solid® coach, and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is also trained & certified to administer and interpret an array of personal and professional assessments.

Marcy currently resides in Chicago.
